G) The Ordering Party Will Use A Minimum Of 20% Of The Quantity In Packages 7-9 And 11-15 Planned For A Period Of 24 Months In Packages 6) The Contractor Will Provide At His Own Expense And Risk Of Transporting Medicinal Products To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. All Medicinal Products Will Be Transported In Accordance With The Prescribed Requirements In Current Documents Confirming The Admission Of The Subject Of The Order To Trading And Use In Accordance With The Act Of September 6, 2001, Pharmaceutical Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2301, As Amended), The Ordering Party Has The Right To Inspect The Means Of Transport, Where Medicinal Products Are Transported In Terms Of The Presence Of A Record Of The Prevailing Temperature In The Transport Chamber, The Presence Of Platforms On Which Boxes Are Transported Medicinal Products. In Case Of Failure To Meet The Transport Requirements Provided For In Current Documents Confirming The Admission Of The Subject Of The Order To Trading Provided For By The Act Of September 6, 2001, Pharmaceutical Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022 R., Item 2301, As Amended), The Ordering Party Has The Right To Refuse To Accept Them And Inform About The The Fact Of The Contractor. The Contractor Provides Transport Adapted To The Ordering Partys Infrastructure. All Medicinal Products Will Be Transported By Appropriate Means Transport, Ensuring The Maintenance Of The Correct Temperature For The Transported Products Medicinal Products And Medical Devices With Heating Or Cooling Capabilities Transported Goods And Compliance With Gmp Rules, If Applicable. 7) They Will Offer Products With An Expiry Date Of At Least 12 Months From The Date Of Delivery. 8) During The Term Of The Contract The Ordering Party Has The Right To Request The Contractor To Present Current Documents Marketing Authorizations, Safety Data Sheets, Leaflets - In Polish. 9) They Will Offer Payment Deadline: 30 Days From The Date Of Delivery To The Ordering Party Of A Correctly Issued Order Vat Invoices. 10) They Will Sign The Contract, The Template Of Which Is Attached As Annex 4 To The Swz. 11) They Will Offer Maximum Processing Time For Cito Orders: 12 Hours, Excluding Package No. 5 For The Deadline For Which Is 24 Hours, And In Normal Mode Up To 48 Hours From Submission Order, Regardless Of The Value Of The Order Placed. A) In The Case Of Deliveries In Mode On Demand When The Delivery Date Falls On Saturday Or On Another Statutory Day On A Holiday Or Outside The Ordering Partys Working Hours, Delivery Will Take Place At The Agreed Time Execution Time, I.E.
