Telecommunications Equipment And Supplies - Csirt Canarias (Csirt-Can) Mixed Supply And Services Contract For The Creation Of A Computer Security Incident Response Team Called Csirt-Can, To Be Awarded Through An Open Procedure And Advance Processing Of The Expense, With Financing Next Generation Eu , Recovery And Resilience Mechanism (Mrr). The Object Of The Contract Includes The Following Items Whose Specifications, Sizing, Implementation And Number Are Detailed In The Supporting Report: 1. Cybersecurity Package For Local Entities. The Aim Is To Provide Cybersecurity Infrastructure To The Eell Canary Islands That Join And Complete The Technical Integration, Materializing In The Following Actions: A) Deployment Of Probes That Allow Collecting Information And Detect Risk Situations As Soon As Possible. B) Deployment Of Equipment Perimeter Protection (Firewall) Equipped With Capacity At Level 7. C) Deployment Of Tools To Protect From The Cyber Attacks That They Are Suffering, Mostly Ransomware And Vulnerabilities. D) Security Tools And Audits. 2. Creation Csirt-Can Web Portal (Set Of Pages), Which Will Include: A) Infrastructure For Cybersecurity Monitoring And Incident Tracking. B) Web Platform Which Will Include: 1. Cyber Self-Training Exercises 2. Cybersecurity Awareness 3. Phishing Exercises C) Incident Management And User Service Platform. D) Cyber Surveillance. E) Integration With Intelligence Tools. F) Tables Of Command. Reports And Alerts. G) Creation And Promotion Of The Csirt-Can Brand. Diffusion. H) Integration Into Csirt Organizations And Cybersecurity Organizations. 3. Implementation Organizational And Technological Elements For Cybersecurity, Which Will Include: A) Preparation And/Or Review Of Security Regulations.
