Outcome sought Hampden Tendered a refurbishment of an existing building in 2022. This was deemed too expensive, and the ministry instructed a portable building to be installed instead. Hampden wish to allocate their Learning Support Coordinator funding (LSC) to a new portable building. b. New joinery and fixed fittings. c. New Portable building (Included in this contract). d.
