The Contracting Authority Proposes To Engage In A Competitive Process For The Establishment Of A Framework Agreement For The Provision Of Saas Platform For An Atu Institutional Repository, Including Future Application Development, Upgrades, Maintenance, Client Support, Ict Consultation, Additional Development Services For Atu Platform. The Atu Institutional Repository Will Support A Wide Variety Of Asset Types Across A Full Range Of Academic Disciplines, Allowing For Substantial File Sizes. This Will Include Pre-Prints, Post-Print Author Versions Of Articles, Publisher Versions Of Record Of Articles That Are Unembargoed, Audiovisual Media And Other Creative Works, Computer Code, Datasets, Data Management Plans, And Other Kinds Of Materials Such As Standard Theses And Dissertations.
