Tenders are invited for Major Renovation Works on Two Existing Block of Flat at Dan Koko- St Louis Tender dossier shall be obtained from the Property Management Corporation, Cashiers Office, Room No. 8 at Ocean gate House as from Thursday 18th January 2024 from 9am to 3pm upon payment of a non- refundable fee of SR150.00 each. Deadline for obtaining the dossier shall be Wednesday 24th January 2024 not later than 2.30pm Pre- Bid Meeting/ Site Visit: A Mandatory Site Visit & Information Meeting has been Scheduled for Friday 26th January 2024 at 10.00am.
