Issue Date and Time: Jan 22,2024 05:44 Closing Date and Time: Feb 05,2024 23:59 The World Bank (Wb) and the Mastercard Foundation (Mcf) under the Tertiary Education and Skills Umbrella Multi-Donor Trust Fund (Tes-Umdtf) have Launched a Partnership Program Aim at Promoting Youth Digital Skills and Improving Employment Opportunities. Through this Initiative; The World Bank is Developing the Digital Skills for Africa (ds4a) Program to Monitor the Supply and Demand of Digital Skills in Sub-Saharan Africa. The Program; Among Others; Aims to Conduct Assessments to Identify Digital Skills Gaps; Especially among Post-Secondary Students and Teachers. These Data would Allow Precise Diagnostics of Youth Skills Gaps; Develop Targeted Interventions to Bridge These Gaps; And Monitor Progress. The Wbg Reserves the Right to Publicly Disclose Contract Award Information, including but not Limited to, Name of Company Receiving the Award, Brief Description of Services, and Contract Award Amount, for Any Contract Award Valued over Us$250,000.
