The Community Entrusts To The Concessionaire The Exclusive Care Of Ensuring, At Its Own Risk, The Management And Continuity Of The Public Service Of The Distribution Of Drinking Water Within The Perimeter Of The Delegation. Management Of The Service Includes Operation, Including In Particular The Maintenance And Monitoring Of Installations, The Carrying Out Of Work Carried Out By The Concessionaire, As Well As Relations With Users Of The Service. Continuity Of Service Includes In Particular The Establishment Of An On-Call Service That Can Be Contacted In The Event Of An Emergency Twenty-Four Hours A Day, Seven Days A Week.
