Request for Proposals (RFP) for Request for Proposals | Dunedin Hospital | Building Fabric Pool Open Date: Wednesday, 24 January 2024 1:00 PM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+13:00) Close Date: Tuesday, 20 February 2024 11:00 AM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+13:00) Tender Type: Request for Proposals (RFP) Tender Coverage: Sole Agency Regions: Otago Southland Required Pre-qualifications: None Overview: Te Whatu Ora is undertaking a project to complete waterproofing and maintenance on the Ward Block at Dunedin Hospital, located at 201 Great King Street, Central Dunedin. We are seeking an experienced waterproofing specialist capable of completing the required building fabric maintenance. This Request for Proposals is an invitation to submit a Proposal in response to the Building Fabric Pool, Dunedin Hospital contract opportunity. This project will be staged works from Contract award until approximately June. The Ward Block will remain occupied during the contract works and all services interruptions/shutdowns will be co-ordinated with the Project Manager to an agreed programme. There are a number of separable portions included in this package. MANDATORY SITE VISIT It is a pre-condition of this RFP that suppliers must attend a site visit. The site visit will take place on Thursday, 8 February 2024. Details of how to register are included in the RFP document.
