This tool is currently used by the Councils Community Swimming Pool, H2O Xtream, and is also used in an internal capacity by the Parks and Reserves Team. Due to this retirement Upper Hutt City Council (UHCC) is looking for a new community facility booking solution to transition to. As part of looking for a new solution the Council is looking to expand the current user group to also include UHCCs Public Libraries and new Community Sports Hub Facility (Te Kupenga o Rongomai). We require a service provider to provide a community facility booking solution and transition services from our current solution. We need a new solution that: is proven, fit for purpose, modern, supportable, and documented. Provides internal and external booking. is value for money. is "out of the box" where possible. is best practice, industry standard.
