Order Volume: The Order Volume Amounts To The Delivery And Assembly Of 360 Pieces Of Remote Reading Units. Maximum Call Quantity: The Maximum Call Quantity From The Framework Agreement Is Set At 360 Pieces (“Framework Agreement Upper Limit”). Conclusion Of Contract: The Contract Will Be Concluded And Effective Upon Award Of The Contract. End Of Contract: The Contract Ends On May 31, 2025, Without The Need For Termination (“Term”). Extension Option: The Client Has The Unilateral Right Of Option To Extend The Present Contract For A Maximum Of 3 Months To Extend.
