Communal Housing Means A Housing Service In An Accessible And Safe Environment In A Housing Unit Where The Person Has Control Over An Apartment That Meets Their Needs And Where Residents Are Offered Individual Housing Support, Treatment, Care And Activities That Promote Social Interaction. The One In Communal Housing The Person Can Be Disabled Or A Person On The Autism Spectrum Who Needs Support, Guidance And Help The Need Occurs Between Morning And Evening And He Does Not Have A Regular Need For Night Time For Help. If The Customer Temporarily Needs Help At Night, It Can Be Answered With Separate Customer-Specific Support Services (E.G. Security Telephone Service, Night Patrol Activities, Other Night-Time Support Services). Communal Living Is The Ability To Function Maintaining And Promoting Activities, Where Support And Guidance Are Organized For The Customer And Help Either In A Serviced Apartment Located In A Housing Unit, Housing Group, Group Home, Or In An Individual Apartment Located In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Group Home. Community Housing Clients Need Support According To Their Individual Functioning Ability, Guidance And Help With, Among Other Things, Eating, Hygiene Care, Dressing, Clothing Maintenance, In Cleanliness And Other Self-Care, Health And Illness Treatment, Medical Treatment And In Housekeeping, Business, And Maintaining And Promoting Functional Capacity. There Is Also A Need For Support In Realizing Inclusion And Maintaining Social Relationships. Customers Can Have Individual Aids That They Need To Use Staff Help. Staff In The Assisted Living Unit Must Be Available Daily, On Weekdays At Least Between 7 Am And 9 Pm And On Weekends At Least From 8 A.M. To 9 P.M. Employees Must Be Physically Present In The Community Housing Unit When Customers Need Support, Guidance And Supervision.
