Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services - New Kindergarten Building In Kölln-Reisiek - Property Planning For Outdoor Facilities. Property Planning For Outdoor Facilities In Accordance With Section 39 Hoai, Lph 1-9, Step-By-Step Commissioning, Special Services ------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------- The Municipality Of Kölln-Reisik Intends To Use The Location Of The Newly Built Kindergarten To Award The Planning Services For The Property Planning Of Outdoor Facilities In Kölln-Reisik. With Around 3,400 Inhabitants, Kölln-Reisiek Is The Largest Municipality In Terms Of Population Elmshorn Land Office. At 670 Hectares, The Municipal Area Is The Smallest In The Administrative Area. It Borders The Town Of Elmshorn To The West And Extends About 3.5 Km Towards East. In The North It Is Bordered By The Krückau And Ekholter Au And In The West And South Through Wittenberger Straße. 50 Years Ago Kölln-Reisiek Was Still Characterized Through Agriculture And Tree Nurseries, Which Then Gradually Lead To Structural Change Victims Fell. Inner-City Areas That Had Previously Been Used For Agricultural Purposes Became Sought After Construction Areas. The Planning Services The Performance Profiles For Engineering Structures And Traffic Systems Have Already Been Provided By The Authorities Advertised. Construction Is Scheduled To Be Completed At The Beginning Of 2026. The Entry Of The Wearer Is Planned After The 2026 Summer Holidays, Which End On August 15, 2026. The Performance Profile Essentially Includes: The Following Aspects: -Play Equipment / Sun Protection Awnings For Sandboxes -Surface And Design Of The Outdoor Area - Green Roof - Fence System, Garbage Enclosure - Garden Storage Shed Matching The Main Building - Stroller Storage Shed / Bicycle Trailer - Bicycle Parking Spaces -Possible Noise Protection Measures -Planting/Trees The Cost Of The Kg 500 (Without Ing.Bau And Va) Are Estimated At Approx. €500,000 Net, Included In This Proportionately Kg 305 (Green Roof), 501 (Fence System, Garbage Enclosure), Proportional Kg 502 (Walking And Cycle Path To The Mountain Paddock), Proportionally Kg 503 (Preparatory Measures), Proportionally Kg 504 (Parking Space), Kg 505 (Play Equipment, Awning), Kg 506 (Garden Storage Shed), Kg 507 (Stroller Storage Shed), Kg 509 (Outdoor Play Area Without Play Equipment), Possible Noise Protection Measures (Kg 544) If Necessary, Planting/Trees Including Tree Felling Applications (Kg 570). The Above Total Costs Are To Be Understood As Upper Limits At Which The Benefits Are Determined In All Performance Phases Have To Align. For This Purpose, Offices Are Invited To Participate In The Competition, Which Cover The Service Profile Of Property Planning For Outdoor Facilities In Accordance With Section 39 Hoai And In The Have Implemented Similar Measures In The Past. -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------ The Following Procedure Is Carried Out: In Phase 1, Potential Applicants Are Invited To The You Are Asked To Participate And Submit The Application For Participation With The Required Evidence A.
