Tenders are invited for Supply of Office Furniture - Wooden, Steel and Plastic (Tables, Chairs, Almirahs etc.) Applications will be received up to 09.02.2024 from Government institutions and reputed Manufacturers, Agents, Suppliers and Contractors, to obtain the under-mentioned Supplies, Services and Works for the Department of Examinations, Sri Lanka, for the year 2024. While all the Supplies are preferred to be from Colombo and suburbs, from Category B-16 up to B-23 from around the Department will be preferred. It is mandatory that the prospective applicants submit a letter of request from the institution along with a copy of the Business Registration Certificate to obtain the Registration Application. Conditions for Registration (1) Applications for Registration and Detail Leaflets Containing Conditions can be Obtained from 22.01.2024 until 09.02.2024, On Working Days of the Week, between 9.00 a.m. And 3.00 p.m. From the Supplies Branch on the 3rd Floor of the Building "A" Of the Department of Examinations, Sri Lanka. (2) Applications should be Accompanied by the Form General 172 Receipt Received from the Shroff of the Department of Examinations, Sri Lanka for the Payment of a Non-Refundable Amount of Rs. 1000/ = for Registration as a Supplier. With A Single Application Form, may Register only for a Single Category and if Registering for Several Categories, Separate Applications should be Submitted. (Cheques, Money Orders Or Bank Receipts will not be Accepted).
