Tenders Are Invited For Ongoing Maintenance And Maintaining The Continuous Technical And Operational Efficiency Of Street Lighting Devices And Installations As Well As Carrying Out Other Electrical Works On The Property Of The Radków Commune

1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Ongoing Maintenance, Maintaining The Continuous Technical And Operational Efficiency Of Municipal Street Lighting Devices And Installations, Consisting Of 2,439 Light Points (Including 805 New Points, Covered By The Contractors Warranty), In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, And The Implementation Of Other Electrical Works On The Property Of The Radków Commune.1.1. In Particular, The Contractors Obligations Include: 1) Replacing Worn Out Light Bulb Holders And Burnt Out Bulbs, Along With Cleaning The Holders And Lampshades; 2) Replacing Broken Fuse Heads; 3) Replacing Insulators; 4) Replacing Burnt Fuses; 5) Replacing Protection Devices In Lamps; 6 ) Replacing Wires In Fixtures;7) Replacing Chokes In Lamps;8) Replacing Lamp Covers;9) Replacing Wires In Control Cabinets;10) Replacing Damaged Pole Plates;11) Replacing Broken Light Bulbs, Lamp Covers, Or Entire Fixtures;12) Replacement Of Burnt Contactors, Timers And Twilight Switches;13) Plumbing Inclined Lighting Poles;14) Supplementing Missing Warning Signs On Poles;15) Supplementing Inscriptions And Warning Signs On Poles And Switchboards And Numbering All Poles;16) Filling In Paint Defects On Poles And Switchboards;17) Painting Entire Lighting Poles;18) Cutting Down Branches Of Trees And Bushes Touching Cables And Lighting Lamps, As Well As Branches Covering The Light Stream;19) Turning Off Street Lighting In Emergency Situations That Threaten Human Safety Or May Cause Other Unforeseen Threats And Security Places Of Failure Until Repair;20) Inspecting Street Lighting Devices And Installations And Assessing Their Technical Condition, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations In This Regard;21) Checking The Condition Of Safety And Control Devices;22) Performing Periodic Measurements Of The Effectiveness Of Anti-Shock Protection In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Insulation Resistance;23) Submitting Proposals To The Ordering Party Regarding The Need To Modernize The Existing Lighting Network And Its Expansion; 24) Undertaking Projects That Reduce The Operating Costs Of Street Lighting; 25) Submitting Written Reports On Destruction And Damage To Lighting Installations And Devices Caused By Unknown Persons - Immediately After Their Discovery; 26) Reading Meter Readings (If Necessary) At A Time Agreed With The Ordering Party And Setting Clocks To Turn Street Lighting On And Off; 27) Assembly And Disassembly Of Own Christmas Lighting On The Market Square In Radków And On The Blessed Virgin Mary Square In Wambierzyce - Of A Previously Determined Size And Scope With The Ordering Party; 28) Service Of Outdoor Events Organized By The Radków Commune - Of A Previously Determined Size And Scope With The Ordering Party; 29) Maintenance And Renovation Of Electrical Installations In Buildings Owned By The Commune; 30) Installation Of Lighting In The Radków Commune In Order To Illuminate The Reported Places Requiring Such A Need.2. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.3. Whenever In The Swz And Its Annexes The Subject Of The Contract Is Described: 1) With An Indication Of Trademarks, Proper Names, Patents Or The Origin Of The Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Assumed That Such Indications Are Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent . This Means That It Is Allowed To Offer Products That Are No Worse Than Those Described, I.E.
