3) Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Implementation Of The Order: A) The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Meals From Scratch To The Final Product In The Kitchen Of The Primary School In Suchowola, Consisting Of Soup And Bread, A Main Course And A Drink For Students, As Well As Delivering And Serving Lunches To Primary School Students From The Suchowola Commune. B) The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Preparation And Serving Of Lunches To Preschoolers, Approximately 94 Pieces. The Organization Of Serving Meals To Preschoolers Will Be Agreed Separately Between The Contractor And The Kindergarten Director. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Serving Lunches To Preschool Children In Two Stages. C) The Duties Of The Selected Tenderer Will Also Include Cleaning The Rooms Intended For Eating Meals In Primary Schools, Washing And Steaming Dishes And Cutlery In The Primary School In Suchowola. The Selected Bidder Will Be Obliged To Manage Waste Generated In Connection With The Execution Of The Order. D) Hours And Days Of Serving Meals: - Between 10:00 A.M. And 12:00 P.M. Agreed Individually With The Principals Of Individual Schools, - On School Days From Monday To Friday, - Lunches Will Be Served On The Days Of Teaching Classes, - It Is Possible To Serve Lunches To Students During Christmas And Winter Breaks And Holidays After Prior Arrangement Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor. E) The Ordering Party Absolutely Requires That The Meals Being The Subject Of These Proceedings Be Prepared In The Kitchen Provided By The Ordering Party (Kitchen Of The Primary School In Suchowola), The Lease Terms Of Which Are Specified In Annex No. 9 To This Specification Of Terms Of Contract. If The Contractor, After Selecting The Offer, Does Not Submit To The Ordering Party A Copy Of The Lease Agreement Concluded With The Principal Of The Primary School In Suchowola, The Ordering Party Will Treat It As The Impossibility Of Concluding A Public Procurement Contract For Reasons Attributable To The Contractor. The List Of Kitchen Equipment And Rooms Where Meals Will Be Prepared Is Attached As Annex 10 To The Terms Of Reference. F) The Ordering Party Assumes That The Daily Number Of Prepared And Served Meals Covered By The Feeding Program During The Term Of The Contract In All Schools Will Be Approximately 220 Pieces, Including 34 For Preschoolers. G) The Ordering Party Assumes That The Daily Number Of Prepared And Served Meals Not Covered By The Program Meals During The Term Of The Contract In All Schools Will Amount To Approximately 216 Pieces, Including 60 For Preschoolers. H) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Meals In Individual Schools During The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. I) All Students, I.E. Those For Whom The Costs Of Paying For Lunches Are Borne By The Municipal And Communal Social Welfare Center In Suchowola, As Well As Those Who Pay The Costs Of Lunches Themselves Will Be Treated Identically In Terms Of Quality And Quantity In Terms Of Prepared And Served Meals.J) The Ordering Party In A Situation Where Could Not Have Foreseen At The Time Of Awarding This Order, Reserves The Right To Limit The Composition Of The Meal On Particular Days Of The Week Only To Soup With Bread Or A Second Course And To Limit The Number Of Meals Depending On Current Needs. The Number Of Meals May Change Due To Students Absence From School. In Such A Case, The School Principal Is Obliged To Notify The Contractor Of This Fact. The Ordering Party Shall Not Bear Any Costs For Failure To Prepare A Meal For This Reason. K) Type Of Meals: Two-Course Dinners - Soup, Main Course, Compote Or Fruit Juicesoup - Ten Types Of Soups Not Repeated Within Two Weeks, Served With Bread Three Times A Week - Second-Course Meat Dinner Served With Salad Or Boiled Vegetables (Meat Dish Must Be Available In At Least Six Types Not Repeated Within Two Weeks; Meat Dishes Do Not Include Liver, Black Pudding, Bigos); Twice A Week - Main Course Dinner With Fish Or Pancakes, Potato Pancakes , Dumplings, Macaroni And Cheese, Etc. (Fish, Pancakes, Potato Pancakes, Dumplings, Macaroni And Cheese Are To Be Served Alternately - A Different Dish Each Week). The Second Course Is Served Three Times A Week With Potatoes. On Other Days, Substitutes Such As Rice, Groats, Pasta May Be Used (Does Not Apply To Days When The Second Course Consists Of Pancakes, Potato Pancakes, Dumplings, Etc.). M) The Contractor Is Obliged To: - Serve Meals In Reusable Dishes For Students Of The Primary School In Suchowola; - Deliver Meals In Insulated Containers To The Primary School In Suchowola Chodor wka Nowa, Czerwonka And Serving Them In Reusable Dishes, As Well As Collecting Dirty Dishes And Leftovers After A Served Meal. N) The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Lunches In Accordance With The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws . Of 2023, Item 1448), Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of July 26, 2016 On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In The Education System And The Requirements That Must Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of Collective Feeding Of Children And Adolescents. Young People In These Units (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 1154), Nutritional Standards For Individual Age Groups And Recommendations Of The Institute Of Food And Nutrition.O) The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of The Meal, The Temperature At The Time Of Serving And Its Taste And Aesthetic Values.P) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Menu For A Given Month By 10Th Day Of Each Month For The Previous Month. The Contractor Is Obliged To Inform People Using Meals About Substances Or Products Causing Allergies Or Intolerances Pursuant To Regulation (Eu) No. 1169/2011 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 25 October 2011 On The Provision To Consumers Food Information, Amending Regulations (Ec) No 1924/2006 And (Ec) No 1925/2006 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council And Repealing Commission Directive 1999/10/Ec, Directive 2000/13/Ec Of The European Parliament And Of The Council, Commission Directive 2002 /67/Ec And 2008/5/Ec And Commission Regulation (Ec) No. 608/2004 In A Customary Manner And To Present This Information To The Ordering Party Along With The Menu For A Given Month. The Contractor Is Obliged To Present It To The Ordering Party At Least Once During The Term Of This Contract A Written Report (Information) From The Tests Carried Out By The State Sanitary And Epidemiological Station.Q) The Contractor Charges The Ordering Party Only For The Meals Actually Served In A Given Month. If It Is Not Possible To Write Off The Days In Which A Given Student Did Not Receive Meals In A Given Month, Absences Will Be Deducted In The First Month Following The Month In Which The Student Did Not Receive Meals. The Ordering Party Or Persons Authorized By Him, Due To The Absence Of The Child At School Have The Right To Change The Number Of Lunches By Immediately Notifying The Contractor. Telephone Notification Is Considered Sufficient. Notification Made At Least One Day Before The Meals Are Delivered Is The Basis For Payment Only For The Meals Actually Served In A Given Month.
