Before Starting The Expansion Of The Water Treatment Plant, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prepare A Work Schedule So That There Is No Interruption In The Water Supply. If The Circumstances Of The Works Performed Result In The Necessity Of Interruption Of Supply, This Fact Should Be Agreed With The Ordering Party And With The Municipal Utilities Plant In Andrespol.9. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Also Includes: 1) Full Surveying Services During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, However, Apart From The Subject Of The Order, Inventory Measurements Should Also Cover Other Utility Networks Located In The Open Pit And Inconsistent With The Location Shown On The Basic Maps; 2) Presentation For Review Bioz Health And Safety Plan To The Ordering Party, In Order To Ensure Appropriate Occupational Health And Safety Conditions And Environmental Protection At The Work Site And Its Surroundings;3) Obtaining All Relevant Decisions, Expert Opinions, Tests And Opinions, Together With The Costs Of Obtaining And Implementing Them;4) Incurring All Costs Related To Carrying Out Construction Works, In Particular Fees For Water Consumption, Electricity And Fees For Geodetic Measurements; 5) Proper Organization And Security Of The Construction Site; 6) Tidying Up The Area After Construction And Any Other Works Not Expressly Indicated In The Swz, And Necessary To Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Art Of Construction;7) Marking Of The Work Area (Ensuring Constant Conditions Of Visibility During The Day And At Night Of Those Marking Elements That Are Necessary For Safety Reasons), Until The Works Are Completed And Accepted, Carrying Out Them In Compliance With The Requirements Of Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations And In A Manner That Ensures Safety;8) Carrying Out The Works In Accordance With Relevant Standards, Legal Acts, Regulations And Instructions, Using All Available Construction And Technical Knowledge And Skills To Ensure The Correct And Timely Performance Of Construction Works.10. While Performing The Works, The Contractor Should Act With Respect For Public And Private Property, Take Care Of Environmental Protection And Comply With Applicable Legal Regulations.11.
