Request for proposals are invited for ECOWAS Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Facility (EREEEF) 2024 The first call of the ECOWAS Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Facility (EREEEF) is managed by the ECOWAS Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (ECREEE) based in Praia, Cabo Verde. The Facility provides non-reimbursable co-financing grants for capital expenditure on clean energy projects in ECOWAS Member States. The overall objective of EREEEF is to create a favorable investment and business environment that leads to accelerated deployment and use of RE and EE technologies and services in rural, peri-urban, and urban areas of West Africa. The specific objective of the Facility is to ensure that access to sustainable energy is expanded across ECOWAS countries using the latest technological developments, tailored solutions, and proven best practices. INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS 1. Interested applicants should submit their proposal electronically to the following email address ONLY: [email protected], clearly indicating in the subject ECOWAS Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Facility (EREEEF) 2024. 2.
