Tenders are invited for Monitoring Consultant for the Development of the German Ship Repair and Dry Dock Facility at Harbour Head. Kingston Procurement Reference No.: DBJ-024/02 The Development Bank of Jamaica (DBJ). on behalf of the Commissioner of Lands (COL), is seeking to procure a Consultant to monitor Phase 1 - Development Works of the German Ship Repair Jamaica (GSRJ) and Dry Dock Facility located at Harbour Head. Kingston. The Consultant will be required to monitor the purchaser s obligations as set out in the Agreement for Sale and Addendum to the Agreement including obtaining and/or renewal of the requisite consents and monitoring the Development Works for Phase 1 to ensure that same is carried out based on the specifications and timelines described in the schedule to the Agreement for Sale and revised Development Plan. This includes shipyard construction, dredging, pile driving, floating dry dock acquisition and installation, procurement and installation of shipyard equipment and commissioning.
