The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization Of A Paid Parking Zone (Hereinafter Referred To As Spp) And Municipal Paid Buffer Parking Lots (Hereinafter Referred To As Mbpp) In The City Of wiebodzin, Ensuring Proper Functioning, Management And Administration Of Spp And Mbpp In The Period From June 1, 2024 To December 31, 2028. 2. Principles Of Operation And The Amount Of Spp And Mbpp Fees Are Determined By: 1) Resolution No. Lix/796/2023 Of The City Council In wiebodzin Of October 30, 2023 Regarding The Establishment Of The Paid Parking Zone, Introduction Of Fees For Parking Motor Vehicles In The Paid Parking Zone, The Amount Of Parking Rates, The Amount Of Additional Fees And The Method Of Collecting Them, 2) Resolution No. Lix/797/2023 Of The wiebodzin City Council Of October 30, 2023 Regarding The Establishment Of Municipal Paid Buffer Parking Lots Located Off Roads Public In wiebodzin, Rules For Using Municipal Paid Buffer Parking Lots Located Off Public Roads In wiebodzin, Determining The Amount Of Fees For Parking, The Amount Of Additional Fees And The Method Of Collecting Them. 3. Spp And Mbpp Are Operational From Monday To Friday From From 07:00 To 17:00, Excluding Public Holidays From Work. 4. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Terms Of Implementation Have Been Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz), Constituting Annex No 1A To Swz With Attachments. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order According To The Rules And Conditions Described In The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz.
