The Acquisition Includes The System In Addition, Connections To Existing Customer And Patient Information Systems, Commissioning And Installation Services, Support And Maintenance, And Separately Ordered Expert Services. The Service Is Produced From The Subscribers Computer Room (On Premise). The Selected Future System Supplier Is Responsible For Ensuring That The Offered System Works As Part Of The Existing Technical Environment. Customer-Specific Introductions And Extensions Are Done As Delivery Projects, Including Possible Consolidations, Migrations And Conversions. The Object Of The Acquisition And Its Subjects The Requirements Are Described In Detail In This Call For Tenders And Its Attachments. The Customer Chooses One (1) Supplier With Whom It Will Enter Into A Contract. Procurement Contract Will Be Used Only By Istekki Oy And The Parties To The Resulting Contract Are Only Istekki Oy And Selected Supplier.
