Dtu Wishes To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With 3 (Three) Suppliers For The Supply Of Stang- & Strip Steel, Blank Steel, Steel Beams, Steel Sheets & Coils, Steel Pipes & Profiles; Reinforcing Steel; Stainless Bar Steel; Stainless Steel Sheets & Coils; Stainless Steel Pipes & Profiles; Aluminum Sheets & Coils; Aluminum Tubes & Profiles; Rod Aluminum; Bronze; Copper; Brass; Special Steel; Reinforcing Steel, Structural Steel Within Specified Categories In Appendix 1 – Requirements Specification And Prices. The Expected Turnover On The Agreement Is Calculated On The Basis Of Previous Activity/Consumption With The Conditions Known At The Time Of The Tender. Dtus Expectations Annual Turnover In This Area Amounts To An Average Of Dkk 3,000,000 The Agreement That Is Attached To The Tender Material, Is The Basis Of The Contractual Relationship Between The Tenderer And Dtu, And It Cannot Basically Be Changed. The Agreement Will Be Valid For A Period Of Time Of 2 Years. Dtu Is Entitled To Extend The Framework Agreement Twice For 1 Year. Extension Can Only Be Done 2 Times In Total. The Agreement Will Be Concluded With 3 Bidders. Which One Of The Tenderers Who Must Deliver The Individual Deliveries Under The Agreement That Dtu Wants To Buy, Will Be Done By Direct Allocation According To A Cascade Model, Which Is Described Below. In Connection With The Evaluation, The Ordering Party Will Determine Which Tenderer There Is Are Ranked Respectively Best And Second Best And So On. The Ordering Party Wants To Know As Far As Possible Place All Actual Purchases With The Best-Ranked Tenderer. If The First-Ranked Supplier Cannot Deliver, The Ordering Party Will Use The Tenderer, Who Is Ranked As No. 2 And Buy On His And Likewise For The Bidder Who Ranks As No. 3.
