Tender Type: Public Tender Tender Description: Bahrain Bourse would like to request a proposal for general cleaning at Bahrain Bourse headquarters at Bahrain Financial Harbour Harbour Gate 4th floor Three male office boys working from 6 30am to 4 00pm One male cleaner for men W C from 6 30am to 4 00pm One female cleaner for women W C from 6 30am to 4 00pm A team with a supervisor of suitably trained uniformed cleaners as required doing the regular and periodical daily cleaning on all after working hours. Supervisor inspect to make sure the office space clean and free of lingering dust and germs. Saturdays and Public Holidays A team with a supervisor of suitably trained uniformed cleaners as required doing the regular and periodical daily cleaning on Saturday and the last day from all other holidays. All cleaning chemicals to be provided by the Contractor All cleaning equipment has to be provided by the Contractor. Water and electricity to be provided by the Client. The initial bond should be in the form of a Certified Cheque, Bank Guarantee, Insurance Policy or Cash (or as specified in the Tender Documents) valid for the duration specified above. In addition, these conditions have to be considered: Enclose copy of a valid Commercial Registration Certificate (CR) in line with the tenders subject. Enclose copy of a valid certificate of compliance with the employment percentages for Bahraini manpower (Bahranization Certificate) issued by the Ministry of Labour. This advertisement is considered supplementary to the tender documents. In case of any discrepancy between the Advertisement and the Tender Document, the Tender Document prevails. Micro, small and medium enterprises are eligible to obtain 10% preference in the financial evaluation stage, when submitting the "SMEs Classification Certificate" during bidding for this tender.
