The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works In The Following Scope: Construction Of A Sidewalk In Święciec. The Investment Envisages The Construction Of A 319.0 M Long Sidewalk. The Sidewalk Is Designed To Be Made Of 1.25 M Wide Concrete Paving Stones Laid On A Layer Of A Mixture Bound With C 3/Cement. 4. On The Road Side, There Is A Built-In Concrete Curb 15X30x100 On A Concrete Footing With A Stop. On The Side Of The Property, The Sidewalk Will Be Limited By An 8X30x100 Concrete Edge On A Concrete Bench With A Stop. In Order To Drain Rainwater From The Road, Sidewalk Drains Of Prefabricated Concrete Elements With Dimensions Of 15X60x50 (Closed-Section Channels) And Existing Street Inlets Are Designed. Benches Made Of C12/15 Concrete. Sidewalk Cross Slope 2% Towards The Road. The Exits, As Part Of The Sidewalk, Will Have A Surface Made Of Concrete Paving Stones Laid On A Base Of Lean Concrete 6-9 Mpa. The Project Includes Earthworks Under The Sidewalk Route. Earthworks Will Be Performed Mechanically And Within The Underground Infrastructure Manually, With Due Care. The Excavated Material Will Be Transported By Self-Unloading Vehicles. To Compact The Substrate, Use Mechanical Vibrating Equipment (Compactors, Rollers, Etc.). List Of Areas: - Sidewalk Surface - 365.00 M² - Exit Surface - 145.00 M² Technical Parameters Of The Designed Road: - Sidewalk Width - 1.25 M - Transverse Slope - 2% The Planned Investment Is Located In The Kramsk Commune And Includes Plot No. 166 - Święciec Surveying District. Construction Of A Sidewalk In The Town Of Helenów Drugi. The Investment Envisages The Construction Of A Sidewalk On The Left Side Of The Road On A 327.0 M Long Section In Order To Improve The Safety And Convenience Of Residents Traffic. Sidewalk Cross Slope 2% Towards The Road. The Exits, As Part Of The Sidewalk, Will Have A Surface Made Of Concrete Paving Stones Laid On A Base Of Crushed Aggregate. From The Side Of The Property They Will Be Limited By A 12X25x100 Resistor Lowered To The Existing Area. On The Road Side, A Low Curb 15X22x100 Is Planned, Raised 4 Cm Above The Existing Bituminous Road. Rainwater Will Flow To The Adjacent Area With Good Permeability Through The Designed Sidewalk Sewage Of Prefabricated Concrete Elements. The Project Includes Earthworks Under The Sidewalk Route. Earthworks Will Be Performed Mechanically And Within The Underground Infrastructure Manually, With Due Care. The Excavated Material Will Be Transported By Self-Unloading Vehicles. To Compact The Substrate, Use Mechanical Vibrating Equipment (Compactors, Rollers, Etc.). Area Summary: - Sidewalk Surface - 385.0 M2 - Exit Surface - 149.0 M2 The Planned Investment Is Located In The Kramsk Commune And Covers Plot 46/5, Helenów District Second, The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Technical Documentation - Annex No. 7 To The Swz. All Requirements Specified In The Swz Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order. If The Swz Contains Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Equivalent Solutions With Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated By The Ordering Party. A Contractor Who Relies On Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Construction Works He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. Equivalent Solutions Used By The Contractor Must Be At Least: • Of The Same Strength And Durability, With The Same Level Of Aesthetics; • Of Technical Parameters Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract; • Meet The Same Functions, Safety And Quality Requirements; • Have Appropriate Approval Documents For Use. If The Swz Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 Of The Public Procurement Law And Art. 101 Section 3 And 5 Of The Pzp, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. The Ordering Party Emphasizes That Any Indications Of Products Or Services From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Products Or Services Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order And Are Not Intended To Privilege Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Prove That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Their Description Or Standards.
