Tenders Are Invited For Delivery (Sale And Provision Of Distribution Services) Of Group E High-Methane Natural Gas For Heating Purposes To The Building Of The District Court In J drzej w At Ul. 11 Listopada 74
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply (Sale And Provision Of Distribution Services) Of High-Methane Natural Gas Of Group E In Accordance With The Pn-C-04753:2011 Standard - Natural Gas For Heating Purposes To The Building Of The District Court In J drzej w At Ul. 11 Listopada 74 . The Estimated Demand For Gas Fuel In Individual Months Of 2024/2025 Is Included In Annex No. 7. Gas Will Be Supplied On The Basis Of A Contract Containing The Provisions Of The Contract For The Sale And Provision Of Gas Transmission Or Distribution Services (Comprehensive Contract) And Will Be Performed Under The Conditions Specified In The Regulations. The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1385, As Amended) Of The Civil Code And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Their Basis. Gas Is To Be Delivered To The Transfer And Reception Point, Which Constitute Sets Of Gas Devices Used To Connect Internal Networks Owned By The Ordering Party To The Gas Network Of The System Operator. The Ownership Of The Fuel Is Transferred To The Ordering Party After Measurement At The Gas Meter Output. The District Court In J drzej w Is Not Exempt From Excise Duty On Gas Products
