Contractor, Based On The Granted Power Of Attorney Will Be Obliged To: A) Report To The Indicated Distribution System Operator For The Implementation Of The Gas Sales Agreement Concluded With The Contractor, B) Termination Activities The Existing Comprehensive Gas Sales Agreement, C) Representing The Ordering Party In Contacts With The Current Seller Or Distribution System Operator In Matters Related To The Seller Switching Process. 10. The Distribution System Operator Is Poland Sp ka Gazownictwa Sp. Z O. O. Carpathian Region. Detailed Information About The Item The Order And The Rules For Its Implementation Are Included In The General Terms And Conditions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Appendix No. 10 To The Swz.
