Through A Notice Of Intent (Noi) The Queenstown Lakes District Council (Qldc) Is Advising Interested Parties Of The Intention To Go To Market To Attract Suppliers(S) For The Supply Of Project Management And Contract Administration Services. Qldc Seeks The Services Of An Experienced Project Management And Administration Team With Evidence Of Demonstrated Experience In The Delivery Of Capital Infrastructure Projects On Behalf Of Local Government Organisations And Central Government Agencies, Or Directly Related Projects In The Private Sector. The Services Are Required To Manage The Delivery Of The Design And Construction Of A Wastewater Treatment Plant, Construction Of A Water Treatment Plant, And Construction Of Trunk Stormwater Infrastructure In Kingston, New Zealand. The Individual Project Budgets Range From $12M - $27M And The Services Will Be Required From March/April 2024 Late 2026.
