1. Determination Of The Subject Of The Order.1.1. The Subject Of The Procedure Is To Perform A Task Involving The Connection Of Several Executive Elements (Road Sections) In Order To Finally Solve And Use The Entire Task, Which Is The Communes Communication Infrastructure. The Scope Of The Entire Task Includes Two Basic Elements Of The Technical Implementation Of Sections: 1) Technology Of Road Reconstruction With An Asphalt Mixture Surface 2) Technology Of Road Reconstruction Using The Surface Consolidation Method 1.2. The Scope Includes The Values ​​Indicated In The Technical Documentation Attached To The Procedure And The Ordering Partys Explanations And Responses During The Procedures. An Integral Element Is Also The Swz, In Particular Section Ii, With A Description Of Elements Not Included In The Technical Documents If They Need To Be Detailed. The General Scope Of Works Includes: Surveying Services; Roadside Cutting; Channeling And Relocating The Existing Subgrade For Road Surface Construction; Crushed Stone Surfaces, Layer After Rolling, Thickness 20 Cm - Aggregate Fraction 31.5 - 63 And Aggregate Fraction 0-31.5; Double Surface Sprinkling Of Emulsion And Basalt Grit; Forming Stone Roadsides And Planting The Roadsides Along The Entire Road Section; Crushed Aggregate 0- 31/5Mm - With Rolling; Adjustment Of Gate Valves And Manholes; Construction Of Turnouts; Reconstruction Of Culverts 1.5. The Ordering Party Will Accept Equivalent Means Of Evidence (Not Required In The Proceedings But During Implementation) If They Confirm That The Offered Supplies, Services Or Construction Works Meet The Requirements, Features Or Criteria Specified By The Ordering Party, Which The Contractor Must Demonstrate Before The Actual Implementation Of The Task In A Given Scope.
