Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel Including Sales And Provision Of Gas Fuel Distribution Services For The Needs Of The Kostrzyn Commune And Organizational Units

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of A Comprehensive Supply Of Gaseous Fuel In The Form Of High-Methane Natural Gas Type E For The Needs Of The Kostrzyn Commune And Organizational Units And Cultural Institutions, Including The Sale Of Gas Fuel And The Provision Of Distribution Services To Installations Located In The Ordering Partys Facilities, Hereinafter Referred To As - Consumption Points. Gas (Ppg), Indicated In Annex No. 1A And Annex No. 4 To Swz.2. For The Costs Of Using The Subject Of The Order In The Above-Mentioned Period Consists Of: Fee For The Sale Of Gas Fuel, Subscription Fee, Fixed Distribution Fee And Variable Distribution Fee.3. The Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel Will Take Place On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Provisions Of The Contract Containing The Provisions Of The Sales Contract And The Contract For The Provision Of Gas Distribution Services (Comprehensive Contract) And Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law Act Of April 10, 1997, The Civil Code And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Their Basis And Polish Standards.4. The Supplied Natural Gas Should Meet Technical Parameters In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law And The Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis, As Well As The Act Of February 16, 2007 On Stocks Of Crude Oil, Petroleum Products And Natural Gas, And The Rules Of Conduct In The Event Of A Security Threat. State And Disruptions In The Oil Market.5. Gas Will Be Supplied At A Pressure Not Lower Than That Specified In The Conditions Of Connection To The Gas Network Of The Installation Located At The Recipients Facility.6. The Ordering Party Authorized To Prepare And Conduct The Procedure Is The Kostrzyn Commune. A Detailed List Of Facilities, Including Gas Consumption Points - Ppg, Along With A Description Of The Unit To Which They Are Assigned, Can Be Found In Annex No. 4 To The Swz.8. A Detailed Description Of The Terms Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order And A Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Names And Locations Of The Facilities, Forecast Demand For Gas Fuel During The Term Of The Contract, Types Of Tariffs, Contracted Capacity, Place Of Delivery And Necessary Data To Conclude Contracts Are Included In The Annexes To The Swz: Annex No. 2 - Draft Provisions Of The Agreement And Annex No. 4 - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - List Of The Ordering Partys Gas Collection Points.9. The Ordering Party Informs That One Contract Will Be Concluded For The Kostrzyn Commune, Covering All Organizational Units Of The Commune Indicated In Point. 6 Point 2, And The Entities Indicated In Point 6 Points 1 Will Conclude Separate Agreements With The Contractor Corresponding To The Relevant Part Of The Order.10. The Joint Order Is Intended To Standardize Rates In Individual Groups And Simplify The Rules For Accounting For Gas Fuel Consumption. The Ordering Party Intends To Achieve The Above, In Particular, By Obtaining A Single, Fixed Price Per Kwh, Appropriate For Individual Tariff Groups.11. The Total Amount Of Gas Fuel That Will Be Delivered During The Term Of The Contracts To The Gas Consumption Points Specified In Annex 4 To The Swz Is Estimated At 2,715,356 Kwh.
