Graniczna 2 And The Buildings Of Ul. Graniczna 4 And The Wedding Palace In The Building At Ul. Kopernika 1 And The City Guard Premises At Ul. Kopernika 4A - With A Total Area Of 2,484.43 M²1) Cleaning Of Office And Auxiliary Areas And Passageways, Including Panel Surfaces And Terracotta,2) Vacuuming Of Sidewalks, Carpets, Floor Coverings, Regular Removal Of Stains From Carpets,3) Washing Floors In Staircases , Corridors, Office Rooms, 4) Regular Removal Of Cobwebs, Dust And Dirt From Walls, Ceilings, Paintings, Window Sills, Balustrades, Ventilation Grilles, 5) Washing Balustrades, Door Joinery And Tiles, 6) Systematically Wiping Dust From Furniture, Objects And Equipment In The Rooms,7) Washing Mirrors, Contacts, Light Switches, Doors, Radiators, Window Sills, Containers For Soap, Toilet Paper, Towels,8) Periodic Cleaning Of Woodwork,9) Washing Glass Partition Walls And Glazing Inside The Building,10 ) Washing And Disinfection Of Sanitary Equipment,11) Keeping Household Appliances (Refrigerators, Kettles) Clean And In An Appropriate Hygienic And Sanitary Condition,12) Washing Dishes In The Office,13) Periodic Anti-Slip Protection Of Floors In Corridors And Staircases,14) Daily Emptying Garbage Bins And Taking Them To The Place Of Storage, Replacing Garbage Bags In Baskets,15) Cleaning The Balconies In The Main Building Of The Office And External Stairs And Balustrades In The Wedding Palace,16) Supplying Sanitary Facilities With: A) Soap (Liquid Soap For Mounted In Soap Containers In Sanitary Facilities - Or In The Absence Of Containers Or Inoperable Containers - Liquid Soap In Containers With A Dispenser) - (In Accordance With The Contractors Offer), B) Toilet Paper In Rolls - (In Accordance With The Contractors Offer), C) Folded Paper Towels Zz Single-Layer - Embossed, Water-Cured, Made Of 100% Ecological Raw Material With A Minimum Grammage Of 35 Gr/M2, Full Leaf Size 23 X 25 Cm (+/-2 Cm), White Color, Neutral Scent, D) Air Fresheners (Successive Replacement Of Used Air Fresheners With New),E) Antibacterial Toilet Blocks, Refreshing And Preventing Limescale, F) Plastic Garbage Bags,17) Supplying Social Rooms With: A) Dishwashing Liquid - (According To The Contractors Offer) B) Maxi Paper Towels In Rolls, Two-Layer, White Color, Neutral Scent, C) Air Fresheners (Successive Replacement Of Used Fresheners With New Ones),18) Providing Cleaning Products In An Amount Covering The Daily Supply Of The Ordering Party, And If They Are Missing - Replenished On An Ongoing Basis During The Working Day, 19) Systematic Delivery Of Cleaning Products (In Original Packaging Enabling Identification Of The Manufacturer) To The Ordering Partys Headquarters,20) In The Autumn And Winter Period, I.E. From November 1 To March 31, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Additional Cleaning And Maintain Cleanliness In The Staircase And Corridors In The Main Building At Ul. Graniczna 2 During The Ordering Partys Working Hours. 2. Conditions Of Order Fulfillment Required From The Contractor.1) The Ordering Party Requests That The Room Cleaning Services Offered By The Contractor Be Provided Using Agents That Meet The Following Minimum Requirements: A) Toilet Paper In Rolls - 100% Cellulose, Two-Ply, White, Embossed, Divided, Soft , Neutral Scent, B) Liquid Soap - Mild, With Moisturizing And Caring Properties And A Pleasant Scent, E.G. Floral Ph Ranging From 5 To 7, Medium Consistency, Medium Foaming Level, C) Dishwashing Liquid - Effectively Removing Grease And Sediment, Gentle To The Skin Of The Hands, Having A Pleasant Smell, With A Relative Density Of At Least 1.00 G/Cm3, Medium Foaming.2) The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Service With His Own Equipment And Tools, Using His Own Cleaning Agents. To Wash, Clean And Maintain All Surfaces, The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Washing, Cleaning Or Preserving Agents Appropriate For A Given Type Of Surface. Substances And Preparations Must Be Anti-Allergic. For Cleaning, Use Vacuum Cleaners With Anti-Allergic Filters And Anti-Allergic Mops. The Work Will Be Performed By Employees Equipped With Protective And Work Clothing With The Contractors Logo.3) To Perform The Service, The Contractor Undertakes To Employ People Who Have No Criminal Record And Are Not Listed In The National Criminal Register. 4) At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Provide Written Information About The Clean Criminal Record Of The Persons Performing The Service. 5) The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Services In Such A Way That Property, Documents And All Types Of Information Media Located In The Office Rooms Are Not Destroyed Or Moved. The Contractor Will Not Remove From These Rooms Any Documents Or Information Carriers That Are Not Inside Waste Bins Or Have Not Been Clearly Indicated By Authorized Representatives Of The Ordering Party As Intended For Removal: To Perform Work At The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Assign Persons Who Sign A Declaration With The Content Corresponding To This Commitment. 6) The Contractor Is Obliged To Constantly Supervise Its Employees And The Quality Of The Services Provided. 7) The Contractor Undertakes To Treat As Confidential All Information Regarding The Ordering Party And Its Business Obtained From The Ordering Party In Connection With The Contract Or Which The Contractor Comes Into Possession Of During The Performance Of The Service. The Contractor Will Assign People To Perform Work For The Ordering Party Who Sign A Declaration With Content Corresponding To This Obligation. The Contractor Shall Be Liable For Any Damage Resulting From The Disclosure By These Persons Of Information Obtained In Connection With The Performance Of The Subject Of This Contract. 8) The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Appropriate Conditions And Comply With Health And Safety Regulations While Performing The Service. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For Any Accidents Resulting From Failure To Comply With Occupational Health And Safety Conditions. 9) The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Written Declaration That The Employees Assigned To Work For The Ordering Party Have Been Trained And Informed About The Safety And Health Hazards That May Occur At The Cleaners Workplace, Described In Annex No. 3 To The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement.10) The Contractor Is Obliged To Have For The Entire Duration Of The Contract, A Civil Liability Insurance Policy Regarding The Subject Of The Contract For The Amount Of Not Less Than Pln 100,000, In Words: One Hundred Thousand Zlotys. If It Expires, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A New Policy For An Amount Not Less Than That Required In These Proceedings. The New Policy Must Be Delivered Before The Previous One Expires, No Later Than On The Last Day Of Expiry.11). Contractors Liability:11.1. The Contractor Is Responsible For The High Quality Of The Services Provided.11.2. The Contractor Is Liable For Damage To Property And Persons Resulting From Non-Performance Or Improper Performance Of The Obligations Specified In This Contract.11.3. The Contractor Will Be Financially Liable For The Loss Of Or Damage To Property Constituting The Equipment Of The Cleaned Rooms, The Property Of The Ordering Partys Employees, And The Loss Or Damage Of Official Documents, If The Investigation Shows That The Damage Was Caused By The Fault Of The Contractors Employees. 11.4. The Contractor Is Liable To The Sanitary And Epidemiological Station, Municipal Services And Other Control Bodies For Incorrect Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. 11.5. The Contractor Is Liable For Its Own Actions, For The Actions And Omissions Of Its Employees And Any Third Parties It Uses To Perform The Subject Of The Contract.
