The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For Works In The Field Of Post-Consolidation Development As Part Of The Project Consolidation Of Land In The Village Of Snowidza, Mściwojów Commune, Jaworski District, Implemented Under The Sub-Measure Support For Investments Related To The Development, Modernization And Adaptation Of Agriculture And Forestry Covered By Rural Development Program 2014-2020. The Order Includes: A) Preparation Of Integrated Documentation Consisting Of A Construction Design (Pb) And An Executive Design (Pw) For Each Road And For Each Type Of Work, Including: - Reconstruction Of Access Roads To Agricultural And Forest Land With A Total Length Of 4.90 Km, Including Exits To Agricultural Plots And Drainage Of The Road Lane, Roadside Trees On Road No. 2 In A Strip 2.0 M Wide And A Total Length Of Approximately 1.0 Km. The Scope Of Roads To Be Reconstructed And Planned Tree Plantings Is Specified In The Map Constituting Annex No. 13 To The Swz.B) Obtaining The Following Documents: - Water Law Decision (If Required), - Decision To Cut Down Trees Or Shrubs (If Required), - Road Construction Permit With Drainage Of The Road / Certificate Of No Objection To The Intention To Perform Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit, - Archaeological Decision (If Required); Detailed Information Regarding The Subject Of The Order, A Description Of The Documentation Requirements, A Description Of The Obligations Of The Contractor And The Ordering Party And The Rules For Implementing Authors Supervision - Are Included In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz.
