Hoai, Performance Phases 2 - 9 And Special Services For The Following Construction Project: Münchner Wohnen Gmbh (Since January 1St, 2024 Merger Of Gewofag And Gwg Munich), Which Is The Citys Own The Property (Seeriederstrasse 18A) Is Managed And Plans To Convert The Former Graphic Design School Seeriederstraße 18A, 81675 Munich, To The Private High School Dr. Overrider. Currently There Are Grades 5 To 10 (Around 240 Students) Of The Private High School Dr. Überreiter In Pariser Str. 30 And Should Move Into The Existing Building In Seeriederstr. 18A Move. The Move Is Necessary Because The Existing Parts Of The Building Are In Paris Str. 30 Needs To Be Extensively Renovated. The Change To School Operations More Suitable Premises Seeriederstr. 18A With Sufficient Ceiling Height And Break Room Space Is Suitable For This. The Private High School Can Move To The Haidhausen District Remain. The Building On Seeriederstr. 18A Became An Existing Brewhouse The Former Unionsbräu For The Vocational School For Communication Design Academy U5 Built Between 1991 And 1995. The Brewhouse Became An Interior As Part Of The School Expansion Renovated And Converted And An Additional Floor Was Added. For The Claim The Munich School Foundation Will Submit A Funding Application According To The Bavarian Language Submit School Financing Law To The Government Of Upper Bavaria. The Munich School Foundation Is The Sponsor Of 5 Educational Institutions In Munich, Including The Private High School Dr. Florian Überreiter. The Private High School Dr. Florian Überreiter, Founded In 1955, Is A State-Approved High School With Scientific And Technological, Linguistic And Economic And Social Science Orientation And Leads To General University Entrance Qualification, Intermediate School Leaving Certificate (M10) And, If Necessary, Also Qualifying Qualifications Secondary School Diploma. The School Is A Tied, Rhythmic All-Day School Lunch Organized. Operating Hours Are Monday To Friday 7:30 A.M. To 5:00 P.M., Individual Elective Courses May Also End Later. The Existing Building On Seeriederstr. 18A Was Already Established As A Vocational School For Graphic Designers By The Lbk Munich On November 28, 1989 Approved. The User Transfer To A Private High School Is Not One New Type Of Use, But Rather About Changes In The Use Of Space Within The Main Use As A School Building. The Renovation Work Includes The Preparation Of The Graphic Design Academy After It Moves Out U5 Empty Building On Seeriederstr. 18A Including The Necessary Room Adjustments For The Current School Operations Of The Private High School. The Heat Supply For The Heating Takes Place Via District Heating From Stadtwerke München Gmbh. The Conversion Includes The Following Measures: - Installation Of A Passenger Elevator - Installation Of Partition Walls (Lightweight Construction) For Additional Classrooms - Renewal Of Doors (In Accordance With Current Fire Protection Regulations Or Sound Insulation Requirements) - Sound Insulation And Room Acoustic Measures - Energy-Saving Renovation Of The Building - Upgrading Of Fire Protection And Fire Protection Certificate - Construction Of A Photovoltaic System - Renewal Of Sanitary Facilities - Conversion/Renewal Building Technical Systems (E.G. Renewal Of Ventilation Systems, Electrical Installations, Of Lighting, Fire Alarm System, Electro-Acoustic System) The Outdoor Facilities Remain Unchanged And Are Used As Break Rooms. Coordinated Space Requirements : Approx. 13,000 M² Planned Construction Time: 01/2025 - 05/2026
