The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Reconstruction Of Existing Ones Roads In Terms Of Collisions With The Bypass, 2) Construction Of Roads Other Than The Bypass, Including: Reconstruction Existing Roads, Construction Of Roads Serving Areas Adjacent To The Investment, 3) Construction Or Reconstruction Of Infrastructure For Pedestrians And Cyclists, 4) Construction Of An Emergency Crossing And Emergency Entries To The Bypass, 5) Construction Of Vehicle Inspection Bays On Both Sides, 6) Construction Of Engineering Structures Along The Ring Road And Intersecting Roads With The Bypass, Including: - District Road No. 1730S - Ul. Harcerska, - District Road No. 1726S - Ul. Karlińska, - District Road No. 1725S - Ul. In Detail The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Volumes Iii-V Of The Swz. The Ordering Party Reserves The Obligation Personal Performance Of Key Tasks By The Contractor, I.E. The Surface Of The Main Route Including Fabrication And Installation As Well As Execution Of The Remaining Layers Of The Structure Surfaces Above Native Soil (Excavation) Or Fill Soil (Embankment), Excluding Supplies Of Materials And Services. The Order Referred To Above Is An Order With A Value Exceeding The Pln Equivalent Of The Amount For Construction Works, I.E. 20 000,000 Euros.
