In Order To Contribute To The Reduction Of Poverty Among The Population Of The Atsimo Atsinanana Region, The Ngos Whh And Fiantso Madagascar, Through The Afafi-Sud Program, Funded By The European Union, Are Implementing Integrated Actions At The Level Of 13 Municipalities In The Districts Of Vangaindrano, Vondrozo And Farafangana.
