Work Detail
The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Canteen (Kitchen And Dining Room) Along With Storage And Social Facilities For The Kitchen Staff For The Primary School In Chorzele. The Purpose Of The Construction Is To Improve The Functionality And Nutritional Conditions For Children Attending The Primary School. In The Currently Functioning Rooms, The Existing Partition Walls Will Be Removed And Replaced With Kitchen Facilities, A Kitchen Room And A Canteen Room. Partition Walls Should Be Made Using Plasterboard Technology And The Walls Should Be Acoustically Insulated With Mineral Wool. It Will Also Be Necessary To Install Ceramic Wall And Floor Coverings And Paint The Rooms With Emulsion Paint. Water And Sewage Connections Will Be Made To The New Sanitary Facilities. Radiators Will Be Installed In The Bathrooms And Social Rooms, And The Existing Ones In The Canteen Room Will Remain. The Building Has A Basement And Water And Sewage Systems Should Be Run At This Level. An Electrical Installation Will Also Be Made, Powered From Existing Points; The Exact Location Of The Consumption Points Should Be Agreed With The Investor. In The Canteen Room, Holes Will Be Made In The Walls In Which Windows And Doors Will Be Made (According To The Drawing) In Order To Indirectly Illuminate The Corridor. Room Ventilation Should Be Connected To Existing Ventilation Chimneys. The Design Documentation Took Into Account The Types Of Meals, The Number Of People Fed, Employment Status And The Implemented Meal Serving System. The School Will Serve Lunch Consisting Of Two Courses: A Soup And A Second Course, 100 Dishes A Day, In Three Rounds, During Breaks Between Classes. There Are Two Methods Of Serving Meals To Tables: By Staff Or By Children Taking Them From The Place Of Expedition (Self-Service). In The Back Of The Kitchen There Will Be A Warehouse For Goods And Rooms For Staff. Delivery Of Goods Will Take Place From The Ground Level To The Back Rooms, And Staff Will Access The Facility From The Outside Via Internal Communication Leading To The Kitchen Facilities. It Is Expected To Employ 3 People (2 Cooks And 1 Kitchen Help). After Consumption, Trays And Tableware Will Be Returned To The Scullery Through The Counter Located Right Next To The Kitchen. The Ratio Of Window Area To Floor Area In The Kitchen Room Meets The Condition Of 1:8. The Kitchen Area Has A Usable Height Of 3.30 M. The Kitchens Activity Will Consist In The Service Of Organizing Consumption On Site. Consumption Will Take Place In The Canteen. The School Will Use A Traditional Food Production System: Storage Of Semi-Finished Products, Preliminary Processing Of Vegetables And Fruits, Washing And Disinfection Of Eggs, Clean Processing Of Raw Materials In The Kitchen, Thermal Processing In The Kitchen, Expedition - Serving Meals To Students. Construction Requirements: - The Structure Of Walls And Ceilings Should Prevent Condensation Of Water Vapor, Walls And Ceilings Should Be Resistant To Water Vapor; All Rooms On The Ground Floor Have Been Designed With A Height Of 3.0-3.30 M - Requirements For Interior Finishing: - Walls And Ceilings Of Production Rooms (Kitchen With Facilities And All Sanitary Facilities) Should Be In Light Colors, Non-Absorbent, Non-Dusting, And Should Have Smooth And Easily Washable Surfaces; - The Lower Part Of The Walls In The Corridor Up To A Height Of 1.5 M From The Floor Should Be Washable, The Corners Of The Walls In The Circulation Route And Places Exposed To Damage Should Be Protected Against Mechanical Damage; - The Walls In The Kitchen Should Be Covered With Tiles Up To Their Full Height, In The Pre-Treatment Room, They Should Be Lined With Tiles Up To A Height Of At Least 2.1 M - Have Surfaces That Are Easy To Clean And Disinfect; - In The Dishwashing Room, The Walls Should Be Covered With Tiles Up To The Ceiling; - The Connections Of Walls And Walls With Floors Should Be Rounded; - The Floors Must Be Easy To Clean, And Kitchen Facilities And Warehouses Intended For Storing Food - Also Easy To Disinfect. They Should Be Made Of Impermeable, Non-Absorbent, Non-Toxic And Washable Materials. In Rooms With Floor Drains, Floors Should Be Made With A Slope Of 1.5% Towards The Drains; - In The Kitchen And Other Rooms Indicated In The Technological Drawing, Water Should Be Drained From The Floor Surface. - When Installing Sewage Devices In The Kitchen, They Should Be Installed In Such A Way So That They Are Covered And The Covers Of Floor Outlets Do Not Protrude Above The Floor Level Or Do Not Create Recesses. - External Doors And Frames From The Back Room Should Be Made Of Metal And Tight; Interior Doors Should Be Made Of A Material That Is Easy To Clean And Disinfect. - Windows Should Fit Precisely, Open Inwards And Be Opened From The Floor Level. Openable Windows Should Be Protected With A Net Against Insects. - Requirements For Kitchen Equipment: - Machines, Technological Devices, Kitchen Furniture In Contact With Foodstuffs Should Be Certified By The National Institute Of Hygiene; - Working Elements Of Devices, Table Tops, Counters Should Be In Good Condition Technical, Without Damage, Cracks And Scratches; - Auxiliary Equipment And Kitchen Utensils As Well As Boards, Forks, Tongs, Knives, Etc. Should Be Separated For Individual Assortments Of Food Products.
