The Subject Of The Order Is: Provision Of Mobile Telephony Services For Police Units In The Province. Śląskie In The Amount Of 4,400 Sim Cards And The Police School In Katowice In The Amount Of 50 Sim Cards. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented For: 36 Months. Planned Date Of Commencement Of The Service: April 1, 2024. 1. For Services Provided Within The Framework Of Mobile Telephony, The Contractor Is To Ensure At Least The Provision Of Communication Services: • Voice, • Text (Sms), • Multimedia (Mms) • Access To Internet Resources In Gprs/Edge/Umts/Hspa+/Hspa Technology /Lte/5G. The Services Will Be Provided Through The Use Of Msisdn Numbers Previously Used By The Ordering Party And New Numbers Provided By The Contractor. The Contractor Will Guarantee The Provision Of Currently Available Services For The Ordering Party And Those That It Will Introduce Into General Use During The Term Of The Contract. 2. The Provision Of Mobile Telephony Services Includes The Following Elements: A) Ensuring Access To The Mobile Network In The Areas Covered By The Declared Coverage (In Accordance With Published Coverage Maps), At A Level Enabling Voice Calls And Data Transmission In All Conditions, B) Providing The Ordering Party With Active Sim Cards Mobile Telephony In The Quantities Specified In This Document, C) 24-Hour Supervision Over The Functioning Of The Service Provided During The Duration Of The Contract, D) Providing A Guarantee For The Service Provided With The Necessary Indication Of Persons To Cooperate With The Contractor. 2. The Ordering Party Requires The Amount Of Data Transmission On The Sim Cards.4.1. The Ordering Party Requires That The Amount Of Data Transmission On The Sim Cards Is At Least 30 Gb. 5. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Remove Interruptions In Network Access And Restore Connectivity Within A Maximum Of 24 Hours. 6. If The Ordering Party Offers Unlimited Data Transmission, The Data Transmission Speed Must Not Be Limited In Any Way. If The Contractor Offers A Data Package Other Than Unlimited, After Exhausting The Package Limit, The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Changing The Technical Parameters Of Data Transmission (Reducing The Transmission Speed) To A Level Enabling Browsing E-Mail And Websites Without Additional Data Transfer Fees.
