Breakdown And Recovery Services For Cars - Framework Agreement For Towing Of Unregistered Vehicles. The City Of Essen Intends To Conclude A Framework Contract For Towing Of Vehicles And Trailers (Including The Items In And On Them) From Public Transport. The Vehicles Will Be Held Until Final Collection Or Utilization. If Those Affected Cannot Be Identified, They Will Vehicles Recycled/Scrapped And, If Necessary, Disposed Of. It Is Intended To Have A Framework Agreement For A Period Of 2 Years. The Contract Contains A Two-Time Extension Option By 12 Months Each. The General Requirements Presented In The Tender Documents As Well As The Services Described In The Sample Contract Are The Basis For Preparing The Offer. It Is Assumed That Around 500 Towing Operations Are Carried Out Per Year. According To The Client Based On Current Experience, Approximately 1/3 Of The Vehicles Towed Are By The Owners Picked Up.
