Transformer Substation - Modernization Of The 220/110 Kv Calafat Station. The 220/110 Kv Calafat Station Is Of Particular Importance In The Area, Together With The Station 220/110 Kv Cetate To Which Che Portile De Fier 2 Is Connected, Interconnection Line Lea 110 Kv Ostrovu Mare – Djerdap 2, As Well As The Consumers Supply Installations And Zonal Distribution Through The 110 Kv Substation. Considering The Importance Of This Station, It Turned Out To Be Imperative To Modernize The Station At Both Voltage Levels In With A View To Bringing It To A Technological Level That Would Give It A Degree Of Safety Enlarged. As A Result, This Investment Was Included In The Development Plan Of C.N.T.E.E. Transelectrica S.A. From The Period 2020-2029. The Solution Presented In This Project Provides For The Simultaneous Execution At Both Voltage Levels Of The Works Required For The Modernization Of The 220/110 Kv Station, With The Preservation Of Electrical And Protective Distances Against Live Installations In Accordance With Pe 101 And Maintenance For The Duration Upgrading At Least The Current Level Of Safety. The Modernization Work Begins With The Simultaneous Realization Of The Transients At Both Voltage Levels And Maintaining In Operation Of Existing Facilities That Are Not Subject To Modernization According To Stage. The Project Includes The Description Of The Solutions (For The Technological Part And The Of Construction, Architecture And Installations), Used Both For The Decommissioning Of Installations Existing, The Execution Of Temporary Works And Related New Construction-Assembly Works The Modernization Of The 220/110 Kv Station, As Well As Telecommunications And Transmission Works For Remote Protection From Adjacent Stations, Respectively Other Locations Involved In The Integration In The Sen Of The Station, Using The Equipment Purchased In Accordance With The Notebooks Of Equipment Loads (Sections S2÷S8). Limit Of Works Related To The Station 220/110 Kv Calafat And Which Are The Subject Of This Work Are The Existing Poles Of 220 Kv And 110 Kv Lines (Excluding Insulator Chains Mounted On Poles Lea Terminals) Modernization Works Of The Existing 220/110 Kv Calafat Station They Aim To Bring The Installations To An Appropriate Level Of Safety And Reliability The Area From An Energetic Point Of View By Using The Currently Existing Techniques Worldwide, Which Will Help To Increase The Quality Of The Transport Service Of Electricity And Increasing Safety In Serving Network Users Electrical Transport. In Addition, The Replacement Of The Existing Transformation Unit (At 200 Mva) Will Contribute To Reducing The Electricity Consumption Related To The Station. The Connection Diagram Of The 220 Kv Station Will Be A Line Block Cell - At, To Which Connects The Following Circuits: - 1 Autotransformer Cell, 200Mva – 220/110 Kv (At); - 1 Input Connection For Lea 220 Kv Cetate. The Station Will Be Outdoor Type, With Air Insulation, Equipped With Conventional Equipment. The Retrofitting Solution Is Presented In Section S1. The Wiring Diagram Of The 110 Kv Station Will Be With 2 Busbar Systems To Which The Following Cells Will Be Connected: - 4 Cells Line (Lea Cetate, Basarabi, Calafat Sud C1 And Calafat Sud C2); - 1 Autotransformer Cell 200 Mva, 220/100 Kv (At); - 1 Transverse Couple Cell; - 2 Measuring Cells Per Bars; - 3 Spare Cells, Unequipped. As Per The Requirement In The Cells Design Topic Lea 110 Kv Biosynthesis 1 And 2 Will Be Abolished. Realization Of The Contract Modernization The 220/110 Kv Calafat Station Is Included In The Objectives Of C.N.T.E.E. Transelectrica Sa, As Follows: General Objectives (Og): Og1. Safe Operation A Sen And Electricity Transport At Quality Levels Corresponding To The Conditions Regulated By The Ret Technical Code And The Performance Standard For Transport Services And Electricity System. Og2. The Development Of Ret So That It Be Properly Dimensioned For The Transport Of The Forecasted Electricity A Be Produced, Consumed, Imported, Exported And Transited. Specific Objectives (Os): Os1. Ensuring The Long-Term Capacity Of The Transport Network To Meet Reasonable User Requests; Os2. Technical And Operational Management Of Sen So As To Ensure Continuous Supply And Under Standardized Quality Conditions Of Electricity, Safety And Stability In Operation; Os3. Ret Development So That It Is Properly Dimensioned For Energy Transport Electricity Forecast To Be Produced, Consumed, Imported, Exported And Transited; Os4. Minimizing Investment Expenses When Choosing Development Solutions Ret. Duration Of Contract Execution: 24 Months, Divided As Follows: - 9 Months Design Of Which: 8 Months For The Execution Details Phase, 1 Month For The As Built Phase. - 15 Execution Months. Stages Of The Contract: - Stage I – Design Services Details Of Execution – 8 Months From The Entry Into Force Of The Contract. - Stage Ii – Supply Equipment, Service Provision And Works Execution – 15 Months After The Completion Of The Stage I. - Stage Iii – As-Built Design Services – 1 Month After The Completion Of The Stage Ii.
