Contract Awarded To Several Suppliers As Follows: Candidates May Submit An Offer For One Or More Supplies. Candidates Are Not Required To Submit An Offer For All Supplies. Purchase Orders Will Be Awarded According To The Terms Indicated In The Consultation Regulations. Lots No. 2 And 3 Will Be Passed In Minilots, In Accordance With Articles R21228 And R21231 2° Of The Public Procurement Code. These Framework Agreements Will Therefore Be Concluded Without Prior Advertising Or Competitive Bidding.
