A multi-stage project has been initiated as follows: - Stage 1: Procurement - Solution/Supplier Selection Stage 2: Prepare, Design and Build Stage 3: Multi-staged implementation Stage 1 will be a two-step procurement process comprised of this ROI followed by an RFP: 1. Registration of Interest (ROI) 2. Request for Proposal (RFP) This ROI process is intended to be of minimal effort for respondents, allowing WDC to create a short list of suppliers to invite to enter the RFP process. The solution may be provided through one supplier or through partnerships, however, the response must satisfy all mandatory requirements to be considered for the next stage.
