Expression of Interest are invited for Selection of Consultancy Firm for Shared Health Record (SHR). Consulting Firm (National) (Time-Based) Title Of Service: Selection of Consultancy Firm for shared health record (SHR) Brief Description of Assignment: The assignment is to provide consultancy for Development/customization, and Maintenance of Hospital Automation systems and shared health records in facilities under DGHS. Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required: "Interested eligible consultancy service providers should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to provide the IT Enabled Services (ITES) for hospital Automation System. The short-listing criteria are: a) The firm should have overall 5 (five) years working experience in IT/ITES. b) Firm should have proven experience of large scale (Registration, Online appointment & e-Ticketing, OPD, Indoor, OT management, Laboratory, Store and Inventory, Pharmacy, Referral, Billing with e-payment) Hospital Automation Systems Development/ customization, hosting, local networking, implementation, training and maintenance in any Govt Hospital. c) Development, customization, hosting, local networking, implementation, training and maintenance of open MRS or open MRS+ will get preference. d) The firm should have at least one contract of development, customization, hosting, local networking implementation, training and maintenance of Hospital Automation System. e) Registration certificate from department of inspection for factories and establishment (DIFE). f) Availability of key professionals. g) Financial soundness of the firm. (b) Registration of the firm. (c) Updated trade license of the firm. (d) Updated Tax return certificate. (e) VAT registration certificate. (f) Bank solvency certificate. (g) Overall Experience Certificate. (h) Completion Certificate of Large scale Hospital Automation System Development/ customization of all modules, hosting, local networking implementation, training and maintenance. (i) OpenMRS/openMRS+ customization NOA & Completion certificate. (j) Registration certificate from department of inspection for factories and establishment (DIFE). (k) Document related to Staffing and logistics of the firm.
