3) The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Feeding Children In The Form Of Hot Meals For Primary School Students In The Lubawa Commune And The Supply Of Canteens/Meal Serving Points In Schools In The Lubawa Commune. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of 48 One-Course Hot Meals A Day (The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Changes In The Number Of Meals Depending On Needs) And Delivery To Canteens/Meal Serving Points In Schools In The Lubawa Commune:• Primary School In Prątnica,• Primary School In Tuszewo,• Primary School Grabowo - Wałdyki,• Primary School In Sampława,• School Primary School In Kazanice, • Primary School In Rożental, • Primary School In Złotów. One-Dish Lunches Will Be Delivered On School Days Alternately: 2 Days Soup + Roll + Fruit + Juice 100% 200 Ml, 3 Days Second Course + Fruit + Juice 100% 200 Ml. There Should Be Meat Dinner At Least Three Times A Week, And Fish Once A Week. 4) The Subject Of The Order Should Be Implemented In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In Applicable Regulations, In Particular The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448) And The Implementing Regulations. And In Particular In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of July 26, 2016 On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In The Educational System Units And The Requirements That Must Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of The Collective Nutrition Of Children And Adolescents In These Units (Journal Of Laws . Of 2016, Item 1154) And Nutritional Standards And Recommendations Of The Institute Of Food And Nutrition.5) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Precise Information About The Composition Of Dishes And Allergens Contained In Them In Accordance With The Regulation Of The European Parliament And Of The Council (Eu) No. 1169/2011 Of 25 October 2011 On Providing Consumers With Information About Food.6) Meals Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Principles Of Rational Nutrition, Made From Nutritious Products With Valid Expiry Dates. 7) Meals Must Have Nutritional And Caloric Value In Accordance With The Requirements And Standards Of Nutrition For Children And Adolescents And Should Be Attractive In Terms Of Organoleptic Properties. 8) Delivered 1-Course Dinners, Alternating 2 Days: Soup + Roll + Fruit + 100% Natural Juice, 3 Days, Second Course + Fruit + Natural Juice 100% (Meat Dinner Should Be Served At Least 3 Times A Week, And Fish Once A Week).9) When Preparing Meals, Eliminate Processed Products. You Should Use Natural, Nutritious Food Products. Meat And Canned Products As Well As Products From The Food Bank, Collections And Donations Are Excluded.10) Meals Prepared By The Contractor Will Be Transported And Delivered To Canteens/Meal Serving Points In Individual Schools, Using The Contractors Own Transport, At His Expense And Risk In The Amount Appropriate With The Ordering Partys Order For A Given Day At The Times Indicated By The Ordering Party.11) Meals Must Be Delivered By The Contractors Transport. Dishes Should Be Transported Using A Vehicle Adapted To Transport Meals, Approved By The Competent Authority Of The State Sanitary Inspection.12) The Contractor Should Deliver Hot Meals In Specialized Thermal Insulating Containers Or Thermos Flasks That Guarantee Maintaining The Appropriate Temperature And Quality Of Meals In A Way That Ensures Appropriate Hygienic And Sanitary Conditions Together With With Biodegradable Plates And Cutlery (Knife, Fork, Spoon). 13) The Selected Contractor Is Obliged To Collect Leftovers And Post-Consumer Waste Remaining After Eating Meals On A Given Day. 14) If There Is A Suspicion That The Delivered Meals Are Not Fresh, At An Inappropriate Temperature, Or Their Appearance Raises Doubts As To Their Quality, The School Principal May Do Not Accept Such Meals. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Remuneration For These Meals. 15) The Contractor Collects And Stores Food Samples For Sanitary And Epidemiological Purposes In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 16) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Periodically Check The Compliance Of The Delivered Meals With The Ordering Partys Requirements In Terms Of Calories, Weight And Quality And Compliance With The Menu. At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Enable The Ordering Party To Collect Samples Of Meals Served To Students For Consumption On A Given Day In Order To Test The Caloric Value Of The Meal, Protein And Carbohydrate Content, Etc. The Cost Of Such Tests Of Meals Is Borne By The Contractor.17) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase / + 30 %, - 30%/ Order During Order Processing Depending On The Number Of People Covered By The Meals. In The Month Of September 2024 Due To The Commencement Of Feeding Children In Schools, The Number Of Meals Per Day May Not Reach The Minimum Allowable Limit. Quantities.18) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Suspend Services In The Form Of Feeding Students In Schools In The Lubawa Commune, If The Schools Governing Body Decides To Introduce A Remote Learning Mode.19) The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Menu Covering A Period Of One Week To The Ordering Party And School Principals. No Later Than Three Days Before The Start Of Its Implementation.20) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow: • The Repetition Of The Same Type Of Meal Within Two Weeks (10 Days). Meals Should Be Varied And Of Appropriate Nutritional Value For A Given Age Group. • During A Week (5 Days) The Repetition Of Fruit Of The Same Type Occurred More Than Twice, • During A Week (5 Days) The Repetition Of Juice Of The Same Taste Occurred More Than Three Times.21) When Preparing Meals, The Contractor Will Take Into Account Variable Quantities Which Will Be Reported By The Ordering Party On The Day Before Their Issuance By 12:00.22) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Personally Complete The Subject Of The Order.23) The Contractor Is Fully Liable For Any Damage Caused To The Ordering Party And To Third Parties Using Meals Provided By The Contractor.
