The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Components Purchased By The Contractor, Delivery And Distribution, In The Period From February 1, 2024 To December 31, 2025, For Eligible Children Indicated By The Ordering Party, One-Course Meals (Second Course With Compote/Drink/Juice). And Fresh Fruit) As Part Of Feeding Children In The Following Schools In The Boguszów-Gorce Commune: 1) Zespół Szkolno-Przedszkolny, 58-370 Boguszów-Gorce, Ul. Szkolna 4 – 24 Children;2) Public Primary School No. 5, 58-371 Boguszów-Gorce, Ul. Staszica 5 - 15 Children;3) Public Primary School No. 6, 58-372 Boguszów-Gorce, Ul. Kopernika 7 – 11 Children.2. The Provision Of The Service Requires The Application Of Standards Resulting From The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of July 26, 2016 On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In The Educational System Units And The Requirements That Must Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of Collective Feeding Of Children And Adolescents In These Units (Journal Of Laws, Item 1154), Taking Into Account Possible Changes In Regulations And Requirements Of Culinary Art, Principles Of Healthy Eating And Sanitary Standards Regarding Collective Catering.3. Meals Must Be Prepared On The Day Of Delivery, Using Fresh Products With Valid Expiration Dates.4. In Order To Deliver Meals To The Place Of Serving, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Certified Thermos Flasks That Guarantee Maintaining The Appropriate Temperature And Quality Of The Transported Dishes In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.5. The Estimated Number Of Meals To Be Provided During The Term Of The Contract Is 18,700, However, The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Given Number Of Meals During The Term Of The Contract Is Indicative And Does Not Constitute An Obligation For The Ordering Party To Purchase The Given Quantity.6. The Number Of Meals May Change Depending On The Customers Needs. Changing The Number Of Meals Does Not Affect The Unit Price Of The Meal.7. Childrens Meals Will Be Provided From Monday To Friday, Excluding Holidays, Vacations, Vacations, Other Days Free From School That Result From The School Year Schedule And Excluding Days On Which, For Reasons Unforeseen At The Stage Of Contract Announcement, Schools Are Not Learning Will Take Place On A Stationary Basis.8. Meals Should Be Served By The Contractor Between 11:00 A.M. And 3:00 P.M., For At Least 1.5 Hours, Previously Agreed With The Management Of Each School. 9. The Composition Of Meals Should Be Served With At Least 3 Days In Advance, Notified To The Ordering Party As Well As To Children And Parents Via A Menu (By Sending It To The Ordering Party And Schools Electronically), Prepared Separately For Each Decade.12. Repetition Of Meals In Decade (Two-Week) Periods Is Not Allowed.13. Schools Will Be Obliged To Provide Rooms Where Meals Will Be Served Free Of Charge. Schools Do Not Have Infrastructure For Scalding, Washing And Disposal Of Dishes And Cutlery.14. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prepare And Deliver Meals To The Indicated Schools Using Its Own Transport, Provide Dishes And Cutlery (E.G. Porcelain, Biodegradable) And Dishes Enabling The Takeaway Meal (In The Event Of A Childs Absence At School), Provide Meals To Eligible Children Immediately ( On The Same Day) To Remove Used Dishes, Food Remains And Other Remnants Of Meals Served And To Dispose Of Them. The Above-Mentioned Activities Cannot Cause The Contractor To Charge Additional Costs.15. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Meals In Premises With Appropriate Sanitary Permits Issued By Authorized Authorities.
