Provision Of Authors Supervision Services Month 122. Provision Of Maintenance Services Under The Basic Order Hour 10083. Provision Of Maintenance Services Under The Option Right Hour 504I Covering The Authors Supervision Of Application Software Modules, Consisting In: 1. Providing Corrections To The Application Software, In The Event That The Ordering Party Finds An Application Software Error: A) In The Case Of A Critical Error: - The Contractors Response Time To The Ordering Partys Notification Is A Maximum Of 1 Business Day; - In The Event Of In Case Of A Critical Error, The Contractor May Introduce The So-Called Temporary Solution, In Such A Case, Further Handling Of The Removal Of The Existing Critical Error Will Be Treated As An Ordinary Error; B) In The Case Of Ordinary Errors: - The Contractors Response Time To The Ordering Partys Notification Is Up To 15 Business Days; - The Time For Making Appropriate Application Software Corrections Available To The Ordering Party Will Be Up To 60 Days Working Days From The Moment Of Commencement Of Activities Aimed At Removing The Error; C) The Response Time And The Time Of Making Appropriate Application Software Corrections Available To The Ordering Party Are Extended By The Waiting Time For The Ordering Party To Provide Additional Information Necessary To Remove The Error, Counted From The Moment The Contractor Submits An E-Mail Inquiry Or Inquiry For Additional Information Provided By The Chd Website, Until A Response Is Provided On The Chd Website Or By E-Mail; D) In Exceptional Cases, With The Consent Of The Ordering Party, The Time Of Making Corrections Will Be Agreed Between The Contractor And The Ordering Party; E) If The Error Report Form Is Accepted By The Contractor: - Between 8:00 A.M. Paid Modifications) To The Application Software - Proposals For Its Improvements, Modifications And Development - As Well As Changes Involving The Addition Of New Functionalities Of The Application Software; Ii Provision Of Maintenance Services For Application Software1. As Part Of The Maintenance Services, From The Pool Of Service Hours, The Contractor Ensures: 1) The Use Of Consultations With The Contractors Authorized Service Representative, Who Has Employees Certified In The Use Of The Application Software; 2) Readiness To Provide The Maintenance Services Referred To In Point. 3) Below, With A Guaranteed Time Of Commencement Of The Work Accepted For Implementation Within 4 Business Days From The Moment Of Receiving The Order; 3) Providing Technical Assistance And Performing Installation, Configuration, Diagnostic Or Instructional Works Ordered By The Ordering Party, To The Extent Related To Operation And Administration Application Software, Using A Remote Connection, At The Premises Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Or The Contractors Authorized Service Representative, In The Scope Of: A) Preparation Of The Test Environment And Test Databases For Updating The Application Software Database, B) Updating The Application Software Database, C) Updating The Application Software And Modification Of The Configuration Of The Application Software Required By The Update (Including Forms, Print Templates, Reports And Statements), D) Installation And Configuration Of New Versions Of The Application Software, E) Providing Information On New Functionalities And Changes Introduced In New Versions Of The Application Software, F) Assistance In Restoring The Operation Of The Application Software In The Event Of A Failure, Using System And Database Software Tools Made Available By The Ordering Party, G) Assistance In Restoring Data Collected In The Application Software, Based On Archival Data Properly Secured By The Ordering Party, With The Ordering Party Being Responsible For Making Copies Databases And Checking The Correctness Of Their Restoration On Appropriate Media, H) Providing Assistance In The Operation And Administration Of The Application Software, I) Modifying The Operating Parameters Of The Application Software Through The Administration Module, J) Optimizing The Configuration Of The Application Software, Taking Into Account The Needs Of The Ordering Party, K) Analyzing User Reports Regarding The Operation Of The Application Software And Data Entered In The Application Software, L) Assisting The Ordering Party In Diagnosing Errors And Removing The Effects Of Application Software Errors, M) Helping The Ordering Party In Registering Notifications And Orders For Service Services, N) Removing Incorrectly Entered Data By Users - From The Database Level Data, Based On A Written Order,O) Correction Of Incorrectly Entered Data By Users - From The Database Level, Based On A Written Order,P) Assistance In Generating Summaries, Reports (Statistical, Settlement, Etc.),Q) Preparing And Configuring Definable Forms And Document Templates (E.G. Ministry Of Finance, Tax Office, Founding Body, National Health Fund, Health Department, Offices, Banks, Etc.), T) Making Necessary Reconfigurations And Reinstallations Of The Application Software, U) Conducting Training For Ordering Staff, V) Managing Backup Processes.W ) Maintenance Of Database Instances (Compilation Of Database Objects, Verification Of Errors Recorded In Instance Logs, Management Of Database Files, Etc.) – Once In M-Cux) Management Of The Processes Of Creating Database Backup Copies, Verification Of Correct Backups – Once In M -Cu Y) Verification Of Elements Affecting Database Performance (Including Software Manufacturers Recommendations) - 1 Time In M-Cuz) Verification Of Database Server Load - 1 Time In M-Cuaa) Verification Of Log Records In Application Servers (Jboss Application Server Level , Tomcat, Docker) – Once Per Month) Verification Of Log Entries In Machines Running The Application Server(S) (Operating System Level) – Once Per Month The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation By The Contractor Of A Total Of 1,008 Hours Of Services Service During The Period Of 12 Months Of Contract Implementation (Basic Order), And The Minimum Guaranteed Level Of Service Provision By The Ordering Party Is 40 Hours Of Service Services Per Month. Iii. Provision Of Additional Services Of Application Software - Option Right1. As Part Of Additional Services, Provided On The Basis Of Separately Paid Orders Specifying Their Subject And Scope, In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Agreement, The Contractor Ensures: - Provision Of Maintenance Services After The Hour Limit Has Been Exhausted; - Configuration And Preparation Of The Application Software For The Needs Of New Reporting Requirements To Superior Units And Cooperating Entities (E.G. Ministry Of Finance, Tax Office, Founding Body, National Health Fund, Department Of Health, Offices, Banks, Etc.); - Creating And Making Changes To Additional Printouts, Reports, Statements; The Expected Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Covered By The Option Right Is 504 Hours) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Right Of Option Under Which The Number Of Hours Of Support (Basic Order) May Be Increased, Depending On The Actual Needs Arising From The Ordering Partys Business, Provided That By No More Than 504 Hours. B) If The Ordering Party Exercises The Option Right, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide More Services On The Terms And Conditions Of The Basic Order. C) Exercising The Option Right Does Not Constitute An Amendment To The Contract.2. For The Provision Of Additional Services Referred To Above, The Ordering Party Will Pay The Contractor Additional Remuneration In Accordance With The Order, Calculated Using The Rate ...
