The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Task Titled: Modernization Of A Public Utility Facility Belonging To The Social And Educational Infrastructure Of The Starachowice District And Exercising Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Investment. Investment Location: Ul. Władysława Rogowskiego 14, 27-200 Starachowice, Plot No. 1087/35, Precinct 00051. Technical Data And Characteristic Parameters Of The Building: The Building Has Three Above-Ground Floors And One Underground Floor, Built Under The Entire Development Area. The Facility Was Constructed Using Frame And Reinforced Concrete Technology. It Is Equipped With Water And Sewage, Central Heating, Electricity, Gas, Lightning Protection, Telecommunications And Computer Installations. Facility Height: 11.20 M Volume: 6,717 M3 Building Area: 574.10 M2 Usable Area: 1532.42 M2 Room Height: Basement: 2, 60 Mground Floor: 3.30 M1 And 2Nd Floor: 3.00 Mthe Following Institutions Will Be Located In The Building: District Family Support Center (Part Of The Ground Floor And 1St Floor) And Psychological And Pedagogical Counseling Center (Part Of The Ground Floor And 2Nd Floor). In Some Of The Basement Rooms, It Is Planned To Create A Pneumatic Shooting Range And A Virtual Shooting Range With Facilities In Order To Carry Out Tasks In The Field Of Pro-Defense Education. Subject And Scope Of The Order: I. Industry Projects Including: - Thermal Modernization Of The Building: Insulation Of External Walls, Insulation And Insulation Of Basement And Foundation Walls, - Replacement Of The Roof Covering With Insulation And Implementation Of New Sheet Metal Work, - Construction Of The Buildings Facade, - Replacement Of Windows (Including External Sills) And Doors. (External), - Replacement Of The Central Heating Installation Along With The Installation Of A Central Heating Installation. For The Above Projects, It Is Necessary To Prepare Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates And Prepare Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works. Requirements For Design And Cost Documentation.1) Required Studies Falling Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Prepared And Submitted To The Ordering Party In The Following Quantity And Form: A. Preparation Of Design Documentation In 4 Copies. Preparation Of Tender Documentation In 2 Copies. Obtaining Other Decisions Or Documents Required During The Design Process In Order To Obtain Permission To Implement The Investment, D. Preparation Of Electronic Versions Of Documentation (Format: *Doc., Drawings In *Pdf Format For Printing On A4 Or A3, Cost Estimate In *Pdf + Ath Format), E. Exercising Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works.2) The Contractor Undertakes To Update The Cost Estimate Documentation In All Industries Free Of Charge.3) The Documentation Is Subject To Written Acceptance. Within 14 Days Of Receiving The Above-Mentioned Documentation, The Ordering Party Will Check It And Issue An Opinion On Its Acceptance And Receipt, Or Failure To Collect It And The Need To Make Appropriate Corrections And Additions. The Contractor Will Make Appropriate Corrections And Additions To The Documentation Within 21 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Above-Mentioned Opinion. 4) It Is The Contractors Obligation To Obtain, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, A Building Permit Decision (If Required), The Required Opinions, Arrangements And Checks Of Design Solutions. 5) The Subject Of The Order In The Form Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Must Comply With The Currently Applicable Legal Provisions And Must Be Complete With Respect To The Purpose It Is To Serve. In Particular, Detailed Designs Must: Detail And Complement The Approved Construction Design; Include Technical Manufacturing Drawings; Constitute Detailed Construction Documentation That Will Be Used For Public Procurement Procedures In The Investment Implementation Process; Be The Basic Source Of Information For The Contractor Of Construction Works, Which Takes Into Account And Describes: Adopted Technical Solutions, Materials Used, Their Quality And Quantity, Method Of Execution And Assembly, Etc.; Provide Assistance In Settling Investments In Terms Of Material And Financial Aspects; Constitute The Basis For Quality Control Of The Works.6) Other Requirements Of The Ordering Party Regarding The Subject Of The Order: Documentation Should Be Prepared In Polish, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Standards; Each Copy Of The Documentation Is To Be Signed By Designers Who Have Appropriate Construction Licenses To Design To An Unlimited Extent, In Accordance With The Applicable Rules Referred To In The Construction Law. Each Designer Must Belong To The Appropriate Chamber And Have Current Civil Liability Insurance For Persons Performing Independent Technical Functions In Construction; The Detailed Designs Should Include All Work Necessary To Be Performed, As Well As Calculations And Other Detailed Data Allowing For Checking The Correctness Of The Documentation; The Contractor Will Transfer The Proprietary Rights To The Prepared Design Documentation To The Ordering Party.
