Tenders are invited for Provision of a National Consultant for Supporting the Implementation of Monitoring of Activities in Muthnna, Iraq. The consultant will closely interact with the project manager and Senior National Project Officer. He/she will lead the coordination with the projects stakeholders, follow up with the projects beneficiaries, and organize the training in coordination with the trainers, logistics company, and related stakeholders. The consultant is required to support the implementation of the activities as follows: Conduct regular meetings with the projects stakeholders to ensure that all activities are implemented in coordination with them and keep minutes of the meetings. Support the making of schedules for project activities in Muthanna to ensure that all activities are completed on time. Support in outreach and selecting beneficiaries who meet projects criteria. Support the tracking of beneficiaries and filling of the relevant monitoring tools developed. Participate in activities related to data collection, assessments, focus group discussions, surveys, etc. with related stakeholders and communities. Supervise the training and workshops in Muthanna in coordination with the ILO, logistics company, and the project stakeholders. Support the organization of project training, workshops, seminars, etc. Review all deliverables and reports of contractors before submitting them to the ILO to ensure that the quality of these products meets relevant guidelines and terms of reference and holds the expected standard of quality. Prepare activity monthly progress reports and ensure the accuracy and timely submission of these reports. Perform any other tasks assigned by the Project manager and the National Senior Project Officer to achieve the project objectives.
