The Subject Of The Repair Is The Facades And Balconies Of The Service Building Building In Tapulikaupungi, Helsinki, Completed In 1976. The Element Joints Of The Buildings Reinforced Concrete Facades With The Connection Structural Joints Will Be Renewed. In Addition, The Balconies Will Be Coated And Glazed, And The Wooden Gratings On The Balconies Will Be Service Painted As Part Of The Contract. The Large Iv Valves On The Facade Will Be Renewed And The Small Iv Valves Will Be Renovated. The Bidder Who Submitted The Most Economically Advantageous Bid Will Be Selected As The Contractor.
