Bids Are Invited For “Application Service Entry Form To The Social Household Registry

The Objective Of This Tender Is To Provide The Municipality Of Las Condes With The Application Service And Subsequent Computer Processing Of The Entry Form To The Social Registry Of Households, Annex Form For Location And Housing Update, Applied In The Commune, For A Period Of 2 Years, In Accordance With What Is Described In These Tender Rules. Specifically, The Service To Be Contracted Contemplates The Application Of The Entry Form, Annex Form For Updating Location And Housing, Or The Social Stratification Instrument That Replaces It, To Families Residing In The Commune Of Las Condes, In Their Private Homes And Their Respective Computer Processing On The Web Platform Of The Ministry Of Social Development And Family (Mdsf), Estimating An Application Of 15,500 Income Forms During The Duration Of The Contract. In The Event That The Ministry Of Social Development And Family Establishes A Mechanism Other Than The Current One For The Application Of The Entry Form To The Social Registry Of Households And The Annex Form For Update Of Location And Housing, The Contractor Must Adapt To Said Requirement.
