The electronic tendering system would not allow any late submission of tenders. The TECHNICAL PART of the tenders will be publicly opened online on 23rd February 2024, 15:00 Hrs in the presence of the tenderers designated representatives. The FINANCIAL PART shall remain unopened in the e-procurement system until the second public tender opening for the financial part.
