Tenders are invited for Resilient, Inclusive and Affordable Housing Development Roadmap for Cambodia This study aims to support the Government of Cambodia (Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction General Department of Housing) in strengthening regulatory, technical, and sustainable financial models to accelerate private sector investment, technologies, and capital from banks, developers, and investors large and small in the affordable housing sector. The key activities include the following: 1. Conduct a baseline market assessment of the affordable housing sector and ecosystem to identify and address constraints for the public and private sectors, and for the communities. 2. Develop a roadmap to mobilize private sector investment and engagement, and to strengthen regulatory, enabling-environment and capacity of the public sector. 3.
