If The Supplier Ranked First Is Unable To Deliver Services In Accordance With The Agreement In The Schedule Mentioned In The Order, The Customer Orders The Services From The Second-Placed Supplier In The Tender. More Detailed E.G. To Services And The Conditions Related To Ordering Are Mentioned In The Tender Request And Its Attachments. Draft Contract Is Also Attached To The Request For Tender. The Expected Value Of The Acquisition With Maximum Options For The Contract Period Is About 4,000,000 Euros. With This Contract, The Customer Does Not Commit To A Volume Purchase Obligation. In Addition, For The Sake Of Clarity, It Is Stated That The Supplier Does Not Get Exclusive Rights To This Contract To Deliver Products And Services To The Customer, I.E.
